Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Analyze market trends identify opportunities for expansion and adapt strategies as needed to stay ahead of competitors.
- Lead mentor and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Provide guidance support and ongoing training to maximize performance and foster a culture of excellence.
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts understanding their needs and requirements.
- Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction retention and loyalty.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the companys customer base.
- Develop and nurture relationships with prospective clients through effective networking presentations and negotiations.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and budgets based on market analysis historical data and sales pipeline.
- Monitor performance against targets and take corrective action as needed to ensure objectives are met.
- Track and analyze sales metrics including sales volume profitability and market share.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management highlighting key insights trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with other departments such as marketing product development and operations to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
- Collaborate on product launches promotions and other initiatives to drive sales.
- Implement and utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions track sales activities and streamline processes.
- Ensure accurate and uptodate data entry to facilitate effective communication and followup.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in related field (Masters degree preferred).
- Minimum of 10years experience within the Air Conditioning Industry
- Proven experience in sales leadership roles with experience in closing big deals.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and achieve targets.
- Strong leadership and teambuilding skills motivate and with the ability to inspire others to perform at their best.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with analytical abilities and a resultsoriented mindset.
- Ability to travel as needed.
