About Gree (A Subsidiary of CIG)

We are an international air conditioning enterprise which has integrated R&D manufacturing marketing and services dedicate to producing ground breaking products and a comprehensive range of air conditioning solution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Analyze market trends identify opportunities for expansion and adapt strategies as needed to stay ahead of competitors.
  • Lead mentor and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Provide guidance support and ongoing training to maximize performance and foster a culture of excellence.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts understanding their needs and requirements.
  • Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction retention and loyalty.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the companys customer base.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with prospective clients through effective networking presentations and negotiations.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and budgets based on market analysis historical data and sales pipeline.
  • Monitor performance against targets and take corrective action as needed to ensure objectives are met.
  • Track and analyze sales metrics including sales volume profitability and market share.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management highlighting key insights trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Work closely with other departments such as marketing product development and operations to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
  • Collaborate on product launches promotions and other initiatives to drive sales.
  • Implement and utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions track sales activities and streamline processes.
  • Ensure accurate and uptodate data entry to facilitate effective communication and followup.


Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in related field (Masters degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 10years experience within the Air Conditioning Industry
  • Proven experience in sales leadership roles with experience in closing big deals.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and achieve targets.
  • Strong leadership and teambuilding skills motivate and with the ability to inspire others to perform at their best.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with analytical abilities and a resultsoriented mindset.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
