Our client is a Nigerias top financial intermediary and equipment leasing firm offers flexible leasing loan financing and financial planning. Due to expansion our client is in need of a Strategic Advisor to the MD/CEO.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve as a key thought partner to the MD/CEO supporting decisionmaking through structured insights business analysis and market intelligence.
Design and execute strategic plans and organizational initiatives in alignment with corporate goals.
Provide expert financial modeling forecasting and scenario analysis to guide investment expansion and product development strategies.
Liaise with departmental heads to monitor project execution performance indicators and operational risks across the company.
Prepare board reports executive summaries business cases and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor market trends regulatory developments and competitor activity to inform leadership decisions.
Evaluate and improve existing business processes identifying areas for efficiency and costsaving.
Support the MD/CEO in key stakeholder engagement and executive communications.
Champion crossfunctional alignment and ensure timely implementation of strategic priorities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor s Degree in Finance Economics Business Administration or a related field (MBA or Master s Degree preferred).
Minimum of 8 10 years of relevant experience ideally with exposure to consulting corporate strategy or investment analysis in a financial institution.
Proficiency in financial modeling tools (Excel Power BI etc.).
Certification in Project Management CFA or similar will be an added advantage.
Financial Expertise: Strong background in financial modeling business planning budgeting and forecasting.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and longterm strategies.
Analytical Mindset: Proficient in using data to evaluate performance and identify growth opportunities.
