About the Role
As a Manager Solutions Specialist you will manage the endtoend onboarding process for new asset managers ensuring a seamless and efficient experience. You will be vital in organizing and executing onboarding workflows managing product builds maintaining a pipeline of new managers and serving as a key point of contact across multiple internal teams.
This is an exciting opportunity for a detailoriented proactive individual passionate about financial services and investment technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the configuration and launch of new investment products on the SMArtX platform.
- Collaborate with thirdparty asset managers to collect and process onboarding materials.
- Maintain and monitor a pipeline of new manager engagements and product buildouts.
- Establish and maintain firm and product records on the platform.
- Track and verify investment performance data.
- Respond to asset manager inquiries via email and phone promptly and professionally.
- Generate and deliver adhoc reports as needed.
Required:
- 13 years of professional experience in the financial services industry.
- Strong organizational skills to manage deliverables and timelines effectively.
- Excellent communication skillswritten verbal and interpersonal.
- Selfstarter with the ability to work independently in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment.
- Collaborative mindset to build strong crossfunctional relationships.
- Bachelors degree preferably in Finance or a related field.
- Experience in financial technology.
- Project management experience.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM.
