Job Description
The National Bank of Iraq (NBI) is looking for a skilled Network Operations Center Lead Associate to join our team. This key role will ensure the optimal performance security and continuity of our network infrastructure. We are looking for a professional with a strong technical foundation and a proactive approach to maintaining network efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the continuous and uninterrupted operation of the banks network infrastructure.
Proactively identify and resolve network performance issues through data analysis and performance monitoring.
Provide timely and effective technical support to internal teams who rely on the network for their daily operations.
Lead the development and enhancement of network architecture to meet the evolving needs of the bank.
Ensure compliance with network security policies industry standards and data protection regulations.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering Information Technology or a related field.
A minimum of 24 years of experience in network operations or a related role.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Indepth knowledge of network hardware systems servers and security protocols.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Familiarity with relevant banking regulations and systems.
Additional Information :
Employees will work in shifts to ensure 24/7 coverage.
