Job Description

We are looking for a working student in Vendor Management to support our International Key Accounts department in zooplus. As a Working Student you will play a crucial role to establish and maintain effective relationships between our organization and external vendors.
By working in close collaboration with crossfunctional teams you will support us on 4 main pillars: assortment promotion/marketing and reporting.

As a Working Student you will be involved in:

  • Supporting the execution of a promotion and marketing calendar based on vendors objectives and the companys overall marketing strategy.
  • Monitor marketing and promotional implementations in stores and communicate with shops quickly in case of missing/wrong implementations.
  • Tracking and analyzing the performance of promotion and marketing activities to identify areas for improvement.
  • Suggesting recommendations for improvement based on industry trends customer feedback and competitor analysis.
  • Providing monthly data reporting and basic digital insights.
  • Reviewing product listings and identifying gaps in vendor product offerings.
  • Support in basic logistical tasks.
  • Check market trends and activations.

Qualifications :

  • Currently enrolled as a student for at least six more months (working towards a degree in Business Administration Marketing Supply Chain Management or related field).
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking and the ability to structure and handle multiple topics at the same time
  • Detailoriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
