Job Description
To deliver a quality service and manage service gaps realised by clients as they engage through the banks various touchpoints. Deepen bankclient relationships primarily focused on lending and transactional product entrenchment and uptake on the banks rewards programme. Mainly driven via campaigns execution and reactive response to client demands.

- 34 years experience
- Identify business opportunities; create additional sales for future growth; want to win and outperform competitors

- Ability to retain existing customers or clients diagnose their needs and present product feature and benefits to retain their business.
- The ability to respond to client requirements queries and complaints and log order entries into relevant company system.
