Job Description
- Execute CT Technology R&D & Operations Strategy for material process development focusing on mixing processes
- Maintain and improve stateoftheart process portfolio including process specifications and capability analysis
- Lead continuous improvement of business processes and R&D systems in material process development
- Steer projects to enhance data usage and AI applications in material processing
- Coordinate interdisciplinary multisite teams and manage internal customer relationships
- Execute costsaving activities with material development based on process improvements
- Support development of process simulation and explore new technologies for CT in material processing
- Collaborate with research organizations universities and startups to drive innovation
- Ensure customer satisfaction and productivity increases in CT plants through effective material process development
Qualifications :
- Masters Degree or PhD in Engineering Material Science or related field with minimum 5 years of experience in engineering process development or operational plant roles focusing on compounding technologies and rubber process technology.
- Demonstrated leadership and project management experience including ability lead crossfunctional teams.
- Strong understanding of material processing R&D and manufacturing operations with experience in process capability analysis and continuous improvement methodologies.
- first experiences of AI applications and datadriven decision making in material processing
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience in cultural sensitivity.
- Strong problemsolving skills with ability to think critically and innovatively particularly in costsaving initiatives and process optimization.
- Willingness to travel required.
