Job Description
- Manage and support the entire employee life cycle from recruitment to exit
- Advise managers and employees on HR topics employee relations and compliance matters
- Develop and implement HR programs policies and processes in coordination with International HR
- Handle the full recruitment process including job postings interviews and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Coordinate compensation topics salary adjustments and payroll communication
- Maintain and update HR tools systems and employee records
- Drive employee engagement development and retention initiatives
- Prepare and analyze HR reports and KPIs to support strategic decisions
Qualifications :
- Masters degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a comparable qualification
- Minimum 58 years of professional experience in an HR department
- Strong knowledge of HR processes labor law and employee relations
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and initiatives
- Confident working with HR systems and reporting tools
- Excellent communication and advisory skills in both English and Spain
- Handson mentality structured way of working and strong problemsolving skills
