OIT is looking for an HR Administrator to support OITs Human Resources unit. You will act as a point of contact for HRrelated queries from employees to external City departments. Under general supervision of the Director & Assistant Director of Human Resources the Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for performing a variety of human resources duties in the following areas of recruitment training benefits employee relations safety employment processes HRIS and general support. The HR Administrator will be critical in the daytoday operations which includes supporting 570 employees with various inquiries for the life cycle of the employee. Our ideal candidate has experience with HR procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner.

Qualifications :
Completion of a Bachelors Degree at an accredited college or university with major course work in Human Resources Business Administration or a related area. Two Four years of general human resources work with a minimum of one year supervisory/management experience.

Salary Not to Exceed: $80000
