This role will support the organization in providing project management services to life sciences companies and other institutions to advance life science products (monoclonal antibodies therapeutics vaccines diagnostics and devices) primarily in the areas of public health and infectious diseases.
Responsibilities;
Provide consulting services for LBGs clients including but not limited to:
- Routinely provide tactical support for daytoday project and/or portfolio management activities such as meeting minutes action tracking/followup decision tracking etc.
- Actively contribute to project and/or portfolio management deliverables (reports dashboards etc.) and routine updates (schedule budget risk) usually preparing initial drafts.
- Coordinate across project functional areas and personnel as required to ensure progress of project activities.
- Monitor contributions of collaborators/vendors to ensure successful completion of deliverables and technical milestones on schedule and within budget.
- Support the building and management of a team representing various functions and sites including the management of multiple projects and teams across multiple locations.
- Demonstrate and foster excellent teamwork with the ability to navigate in different areas and work with multidisciplinary teams.
- Balance project demands to support alignment/ realignment of Budget Quality Timeline and Scope as needed.
- Support product development meetings and make sure all Project Leaders and/or subteam leaders have all information and support needed to implement the project.
- Focus on customer service with agility and clear communication.
- Adhere to LBG quality standards regarding client deliverables.
Qualifications :
- PhD scientist with 25 years of experience years in biologics and/or vaccine research experience with monoclonal antibody/next generation antibody development and optimization (e.g. affinity maturation effector function and halflife extension) and recent scientific publications are highly desired
- Ability to systematically review scientific publications and reports to extract relevant data recognize emerging risks or opportunities and synthesize findings into actionable recommendations.
- At least 2 years of experience in project management with a discovery/preclinical to phase 1 clinical translation/early product development orientation
- Strong understanding of the product development pathway
- Experience managing projects and understanding of project management principles
- Fluency in collaborative project management software (including Smartsheet MS Office Timeline Pro or similar tools) Microsoft Excel Word and PowerPoint
- Good written and oral communication presentation problem solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently or in collaboration with others
- Flexibility and ability to deal with ambiguity and sense of personal ownership of deliverables and results
- Works well with teams often comprised of multiple disciplines

Compensation for this role is between $77000 and $126000.
Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individuals skills experience qualifications and market location.
