Get to Know the Team
The Supply Planning team is dedicated to enhancing the experience of our driver partners ensuring they can plan their time smartly on Grab. This team shapes the day of our driverpartners to improve the supply utilisation in varying market conditions.
Get to Know the Role
Reporting to the Senior Product Management Leader you will work with crossfunctional stakeholders to innovate and build different products to solve challenges related to supply repositioning activation and incentivisation of Grabs marketplace.
You will be based onsite at Grabs Petaling Jaya office in Malaysia.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- You will own the product strategy for the problem space working handinhand with a team of Engineers Data Scientists Analysts.
- You will define the goals and success metrics to guide and measure the impact of your work.
- You will execute on a clear roadmap addressing identified user needs.
- You will engage in user discovery in generating new product ideas in the space to enable a healthy marketplace.
- You will collaborate across product teams and business stakeholders to drive gotomarket execution and oversee product launches.
Qualifications :
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Product Management: Minimum 5 years of experience in product management at a tech company ideally with platform or userfacing products.
- CustomerCentricity: Demonstrated ability to maintain a customerfirst mindset through all stages of product development.
- Data Acumen: Proficient in datadriven decisionmaking and insights to inform product development.
- Software Development Practices: Strong understanding of modern development practices and tools.
- Crossfunctional Communication: Communicate with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders ensuring the teams work is wellunderstood and wellsupported.
