- Our team is focused on driving sustainable business growth. You will work closely with regional commercial managers and functional managers. We are looking for a business expert who can collaborate with these teams to lead growth projects and support our expansion goals.
Get to Know the Role
- Youll take ownership of identifying refining and driving business growth projects. Youll collaborate with multiple team members to improve performance refine operations and support regional expansion. Your success requires an understanding of market dynamics and the ability to turn data into actionable strategies that fuel sustainable growth.
- You will report into the Head Commercial (Outer Cities) and be based in Petaling Jaya working onsite.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
Growth & Ops Development:
- You will analyze market trends and regional dynamics in Malaysia to identify growth opportunities using both internal and external data and insights.
- You will synthesize localized insights and ontheground observations with datadriven findings to ensure strategy formulations are underpinned by quantitative metrics and qualitative local intelligence.
- You will develop customized growth strategies aligned with corporate objectives considering consumer behavior competition and economic conditions.
Operations Management:
- You will oversee and enhance daily operations to ensure compliance with corporate standards and resolve regional operational challenges.
- You will establish key metrics and produce periodic reports to evaluate the efficacy of growth strategies budget timeline and operational enhancements.
Cross Function Collaboration & Problem Solving:
- You will participate in close collaboration with regional marketing and business solutions and regional teams to ensure synchronized strategic implementation.
- You will facilitate interdepartmental sync ups workshops and collaboration to foster unified efforts aimed at growth and optimization.
Qualifications :
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- You have a Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Strategic Management or a related discipline.
- You have at least three or more years in strategy / project management / growth related roles.
- You have experience within diverse regions of Malaysia and entrepreneurial experience.
- You have demonstrated expertise in strategic planning process optimization and operational management and the ability to improvise them.
- You have strong analytical skills with the ability to find actionable insights from complex data.
- You have strong project management capabilities especially in communicating and prioritizing goals / action items with your stakeholders.
- You are able to work both independently and as integral part of wider team
