Serve as the main point of contact for top vendors identifying and addressing key problem areas to foster strong partnerships between pandasend and business owners.
Effectively pitch pandasends value proposition negotiate commercial deals and implement brand strategies to boost visibility and drive vendor activation and order growth.
Collaborate crossfunctionally with internal teams to improve order performance resolve vendorrelated issues and coordinate communications for campaign blasts.
Monitor and report on campaign performance and develop strategic campaign plans to maximize impact.
Work closely with the other teams to close opportunities onboard new vendors and drive their growth.
Stay informed and updated on industry trends and competitor activities and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Generate leads through research networking and outreach to build strategic partnerships while fostering trust with vendors by understanding their needs.
Develop sales forecasts implement strategies and assess effectiveness consistently exceeding targets while working independently.
Manage and verify weekly billing reports to ensure accuracy.
Support urgent and adhoc business tasks as required.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Business or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales Account Management or a related role (fresh graduates with strong potential will also be considered).
Outgoing and proactive personality with a positive attitude and a handson approach to challenges.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a structured mindset; experience using CRM tools is a plus.
Previous experience in cold calling sales or sales support is an added advantage.
Selfmotivated hardworking and confident in working independently.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English and Khmer.
