Job Description
- Full time permanent position 48 hours per week
- Salary from 40000 per annum depending on experience
- An additional share of service charge and tips paid every month
- Responsible for the preparation and service
- Working with the Executive Head Chef to create menus
- Leading the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Head Chef
- Assisting in the training of new kitchen staff
- Strictly following and maintaining all food safety and health and safety procedures
- Natural ability as a chef with outstanding attention for detail
- Ability to work unsurprised and using own initiative
Qualifications :
- A truly talented Chef with a professional approach great passion and flair for the industry and food
- Experience at 3 AA Rosette or 1 Michelin star environment is ideal or at least 5 years experience in 2 AA Rosette within a similar role or above
- Bringing a calm mature approach with a resilient nature that thrives under pressure
- Dedicated excellent team player with strong communication skills
- Ambition to succeed at the highest levels
