- You ensure checkout is effectively equipped at all times throughout the day; ready and available to help customers when needed.
- You have the knowledge confidence and desire to make customer payment easy.
- You know your levels of authorisation to solve payment problems when they occur and recognise when you need to escalate an issue to someone with higher authorisation.
- You pass on the relevant information to deal effectively and efficiently with the customer.
- You offer solutions to frequently asked questions. This helps to make a better future shopping experience for everyone.
- You use the till to accurately register products and register payment from customers according to given routines.
- You ensure our store is a safe and secure environment at all times for visitors and colleagues
- Understanding the IKEA Concept global solutions tools and working methods and ensuring using the appropriate manuals from Inter IKEA Systems to help optimise our customers shopping experience.
Qualifications :
- You are able to support on weekends/public holidays.
- You are able to work on shifts.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- You are a selfmotivated team player with a desire to take on responsibility and able to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
- Energetic and physically fit.
- Good attention to details by being persistent structured
and accurate. - Optional customer service experience will be added advantage.
