Job Description
Salary: 23809.50 potential to earn commission
Location: Sheffield
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:005:30 / 11:0019:30 if required (37.5 hours)
- To accurately carry out product availability checks.
- To carry out full verification and build a sale prospect.
- To support and assist the Field and Offshore sales agents and customers in prelive queries.
- To try and retain customers who want to cancel prelive. (Commissions offered per save)
- Lead generation for Card terminal services (Commissions offered per Live CPS and the highest lead generation).
- Completing assigned quick notes.
Qualifications :
- Effectively communicating with sales agents and customers
- Problem solving and resolution skills.
- Understanding of the CRM system
- Understanding of products and ordering process
- Familiar with all verification scripts and contract summaries
