Job Description
As Business Controller Supply Chain (f/m/d) youll play a key role at the intersection of Finance and Operations. This is a highimpact position with direct exposure to our Clevel leadership offering the opportunity to shape critical decisions around inventory strategy cost control and supply chain performance.
What youll do
- Take ownership of financial analysis and reporting for inventory management identifying trends explaining variances and uncovering costsaving opportunities with real business impact.
- Act as a trusted sparring partner for senior stakeholders across Finance Operations and the executive team translating data into clear actionable recommendations.
- Lead and continuously improve inventory control processes ensuring accurate valuations optimal turnover and healthy stock levels.
- Drive crossfunctional initiatives to reduce holding costs improve inventory accuracy and streamline supply chain operations.
- Prepare monthly quarterly and annual inventory performance reports delivering insights into stock aging writeoffs and financial implications for leadership review.
- Support budgeting and forecasting with indepth analysis of inventory planning cost allocations and potential risks.
- Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards to monitor inventory efficiency turnover rates and overall supply chain effectiveness.
Qualifications :
- You have extensive experience in business controlling financial analysis or accounting with a strong focus on inventory management.
- You are highly proficient in ERP systems (preferably MS Dynamics) and have advanced Excel skills.
- You communicate fluently in English.
