Job Description
We tackle the toughest security and technology challenges by developing and delivering missioncritical products and systems for international customer. We delivery Tactical Communication Information Systems (CIS) to Land Forces around the world through Vehicle Prime Contractors for fighting and support vehicles. The hardware software and systems integration that our engineers deliver on a daily basis ensure soldiers are never alone and always aware. From headquarters to vehicles to the individual soldier your work helps them accomplish their mission while keeping them safe.
We are looking for a Systems Engineering coop to join our International TacCIS System Engineering team delivering CIS solutions for armoured vehicles programs for European NATO nations.
As a Systems Engineering coop on the International TacCIS team you can expect to:
- Analyze system design and vendor documentation
- Perform development of system architecture and requirements;
- Participate in systems and software design use cases and trade studies;
- Execute written test plans and test procedures;
- Identify system defects resolve issues and verify solutions have been correctly implemented;
- Document the analysis design and test in accordance with development standards.
Qualifications :
Required Skills & Experience
- Currently pursuing a University Degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Engineer Software Engineer Computer Science or equivalent technical degree.
Assets
- Experience in technical document writing.
It would be excellent if the candidate had a combination of the following qualities but we will work with them to grow in these areas:

Security Clearance
- Must be able to obtain and maintain Canadian Security Clearance and a positive Controlled Goods Assessment. Eligibility to work in Canada either as a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Applicants may be required to meet additional security requirements in order to gain access to technical data classified areas or information that is subject to international regulations.
