Process Specialist

• Supporting process development and continuous process improvement;
• Responsible for the correct application of applicable legal norms Bosch Rexroth standards and occupational safety and protection criteria when intervening and/or defining processes;
• Conducting tests documenting them generating lessons learned and maintaining a history of these tests;
• Responsible for preparing the necessary documentation / obtaining the assimilation of the processes;
• Has permanent contact with the international production network;
• Supporting the project considering economic aspects;
• Analyzes process deviations and minimizes their impact;
• Makes improvements based on the analysis teams analysis or audits from the client;
• Maintains permanent contact with suppliers for possible process improvements;
• Provides support in the process of developing the process.

Qualifications :

• Completed technical bachelors degree / Masters degree;
• Completed technical training experience in production areas is a plus; 
• Structured and solutionoriented working methods independent and initiative work communication skills with the corresponding team orientation;
• Very good computer skills (Excel PowerPoint Word);
• Languages: very good written and spoken English nice to have German.
