Job Description
We are seeking a detailoriented and innovative Engineering Supervisor to join our team in Baghdad Iraq. As an Engineering Supervisor you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daytoday engineering and maintenance operations of our facility ensuring optimal performance and safety standards.
- Supervise and coordinate daily engineering and maintenance activities ensuring efficient operations and timely completion of tasks
- Conduct regular inspections throughout the facility to identify and promptly resolve safety concerns
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance
- Ensure compliance with local building codes fire safety regulations electrical standards and health and safety requirements
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment
- Manage special projects and daily assignments allocating resources effectively to meet organizational goals
- Analyze and improve engineering processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborate with other departments to address facilityrelated issues and support overall business objectives
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities equipment performance and safety inspections
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovative technologies to recommend and implement improvements
Qualifications :
- 3 years of professional experience in engineering facilities management or construction
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to effectively manage teams and contractors
- Strong problemsolving skills and analytical thinking
- Familiarity with HVAC systems and energy management principles
- Project management skills to oversee multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Adaptability to work in various conditions and handle emergency situations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
