Job Description
The Senior Manager Market Intelligence AI Market Insights will drive strategic competitive initiatives critical to ServiceNows continued market leadership. You will lead the formulation and execution of competitive strategies particularly focused on Generative AI and Agentic AI and play a pivotal role in shaping product and gotomarket (GTM) programs. This role requires close collaboration with senior leaders across Product Sales Marketing and Corporate Strategy and will directly support ServiceNows largest and most strategically important deals.

What you get to do in this role:
Develop and implement competitive GTM programs designed to enhance ServiceNows market positioning and drive revenue growth.
Define and execute ServiceNows competitive strategy in the areas of Generative AI and Agentic AI ensuring competitive differentiation and market leadership.
Collaborate crossfunctionally with senior leadership in Product Management Sales Marketing and Corporate Strategy to create integrated product and GTM strategies.
Provide direct competitive intelligence support on strategic highstakes deals to ensure competitive wins.
Produce and deliver highquality competitive briefs analyses and regular updates to executive leadership and the Board of Directors.
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you have:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes decisionmaking or problemsolving. This may include using AIpowered tools automating workflows analyzing AIdriven insights or exploring AIs potential impact on the function or industry.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft compelling narratives and clearly articulate complex concepts to executive audiences.
Familiarity and confidence with Generative AI and other advanced AI tools; ability to rapidly adopt and leverage emerging AI technologies.
Proven ability to synthesize large and complex data sets into clear concise and actionable insights.
Demonstrated program and project management capabilities with a track record of successfully leading crossfunctional initiatives.
Deep knowledge of the enterprise software industry with specific expertise in ServiceNows offerings and competitive landscape.
Prior experience leading competitive intelligence or strategic marketing initiatives at a highgrowth technology company.
Strong analytical mindset strategic thinking and business acumen.
Experience working directly with Csuite executives and boardlevel stakeholders.
