Lead Product Manager for Next Generation 911. Responsible for driving the development execution and lifecycle management of specific products/services ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives and managing the business case and P&L to deliver highquality solutions and maximize customer value.
AT&T has an opening for Lead Product Management to support the Next Generation 911 portfolio. This position manages the development marketing and sale of a product or set of products throughout the product lifecycle. This is a Product Management position focused on the Next Gen 911Program within the FirstNet organization.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Product lifecycle Management
- Analysis of customer needs identifies priorities for new products or services and enhancements.
- Define and document customer and product requirements
- Develop and Maintain Product Roadmap
- Collaborate and align with stakeholders.
- Research designs plans develops and evaluates new products by translating and documenting customer requirements into final product design.
- Defines market including competitive analysis and definition of product functionality.
- Prepares and presents business cases for new products and services.
- May be responsible for managing budgets acquiring estimates and the requests for funding.
- Assigned the most complex products or product lines.
- Considered a subject matter expert.
Required Qualifications:
Experience
- Experience in product management strategy operations or project management roles preferably in technology telecommunications or related industries.
- 5 years of Product Management Lifecycle and Development experience
- Proven experience working closely with 911 Public Sector and First Net
- Strong understanding of vendor management and cloudbased solutions.
- Ideally knowledge of the 911 industry
- Any aspect of a product development and/or product launch

- Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to craft executivelevel presentations.

- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite project management software and data visualization platforms (e.g. Power BI Tableau).
