What You Will Do Essential Responsibilities

• Selling F&I products and services to our customers
• Attaining goals for gross production of financial services/products
• Review customer credit applications for completeness
• Utilize menu selling process 100%
• Ensure all necessary documentation is complete for each deal
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards
• Communicate with sales team to ensure every customer is handled efficiently and professionally
• Ensure compliance with all laws & regulatory obligations
• Ensure completion & submission of all financial documents where applicable
• Maintain effective communication with team members
• Promote and help maintain outstanding CSI

We Invite You To Apply Key Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 35 years of experience in F&I.
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in automotive.
• Strong leadership and teambuilding skills with a track record of motivating and developing highperforming teams.
• Resultsdriven mindset with a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with highend clientele.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with a positive collaborative spirit.
• Professional appearance and demeanor reflecting the prestige of the Audi brand.
• Impressive work ethic with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
• Familiarity with CRM/DMS systems and datadriven decisionmaking.
• Flexible available to work weekends evenings nights and holidays as needed.
• Valid United Statesissued drivers license
• Candidate must be authorized to work in the United States
