Position Purpose
This position supports the data requirements of the North American Inc. businesses in all aspects data reporting and presentations. This position is responsible for the generation of a suite of standardized reports as well as adhoc reports when requested to support decision making by the management team.
Major Tasks Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities
- Originates and maintains standard and adhoc reports.
- Creates professional presentations.
- Determines the best methods for analysing large complex data sets.
- Function within multiple systems and tools to extract and manipulate data effectively.
Nature & Scope
Reports to Head of Compact Products.
Minimum Qualifications
- Associates or Technical Degree or higher in relevant field
- 3 years of experience with data analytics
- High proficiency with Excel and Power Point
- Originates and maintains standard and adhoc reports.
- Creates professional presentations.
- Determines the best methods for analysing large complex data sets.
- Function within multiple systems and tools to extract and manipulate data effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree
- Five years of experience with data analytics
Knowledge Skills Abilities & Competencies
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word Power Point and Outlook) and ERP Systems (SAP preferred)
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrated knowledge and implementation of sales reporting processes.
- Ability to take direction well and work with minimal supervision.
