* Bonuses paid out half after 90 days of employment and the other half after 6 months of employment
POSITION SCOPE
The Shear/Press Break Operator works primarily in the Screen Production department handling work orders. This is an hourly position that reports directly to the Warehouse Supervisor.
PRIMARY DUTIES
- Fabricate and detail steel parts (bend cut etc.)
- Service and maintain shop machinery including removing cleaning checking and replacing parts/components
- Contribute to a positive work environment
- Demonstrate awareness engagement and accountability for work results
- Communicate effectively and appropriately with others in the work environment
- Adherent to company policies as dictated in the current employee handbook
- Maintain accurate records and paperwork for projects
- Operate a forklift
- Perform other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Applicant must be at least 18 years old

- Ability to read/comprehend measuring devices (tape measure etc.)
