Job Description
Dining Room Host would be responsible for but not limited too the following:
- Exhibiting Core 4
- Using the approved Hospitality language at all times
- See out opportunities to make connections with guests
- Keep the dining room clean throughout the shift; this may include but not limited too: wiping tables taking out the trash cleaning spills cleaning parking lot picking up trash
- Keeping the restrooms clean throughout the shift
- Looking for opportunities to take trays for our guests as they are finishing their meals
- Looking for opportunities to get refills for guests before they get up.
- Assisting with running food to the dining room in rush periods
- Restocking paper and condiments
- Looking for every opportunity to go the second mile. Above and Beyond for our Guests.
- Treat everyone with honor dignity and respect
