Are you passionate about technology driven by learning and excited to kickstart your career in project management We are looking for ambitious fresh graduates to join our Junior Project Manager Cadetship Program a unique opportunity to build a strong foundation in managing software development projects from the ground up.
About the Program: Our cadetship program offers structured training mentorship and handson experience in delivering software projects. Over 12 months youll work closely with experienced project managers engineers and business teams to understand how realworld software solutions are built and delivered. Upon successful completion cadets will be considered for a permanent Junior Project Manager role within our team.
What You Will Learn:
Agile Scrum and Waterfall project management methodologies
Project planning scheduling and resource coordination
Risk issue and change management
Client communication and stakeholder management
Software development life cycle (SDLC) fundamentals
Practical tools like Asana and MicroSoft Project
Qualifications:
Recent graduate (or soontobe graduate) with a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering Business and Accounting or related fields
A genuine interest in project management and software development
Strong communication organizational and interpersonal skills
Problemsolving mindset and eagerness to learn
Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment
Basic understanding of software development concepts (advantageous but not mandatory)
