Job Description
Join our growing organic superfoods company as our onsite representative at our warehouse partners facility.
Location: Kruiningen Netherlands
Employment Type: Parttime 25 hours/week)
Schedule: 5 hours per day Monday to Friday
Salary: 2500/month gross
Contract: Dutch payroll (under our registered Dutch entity)
We are looking for a reliable and detailoriented individual to work as our Quality & Documentation Supervisor at our logistics partners warehouse in Kruiningen. Youll oversee daytoday cargo handling ensure compliance with SKAL organic standards and prepare all required documentationespecially in the event of unannounced audits.
Tasks
Your Role:
- Supervise loading/unloading of chia and other organic superfood cargoes.
- Check cargo condition quantities and correct documentation before departure.
- Organize and maintain all SKALrequired records and paperwork.
- Represent our company onsite and act as the contact person for warehouse staff and inspectors.
- Communicate effectively with our main office to ensure smooth coordination.
Requirements
What Were Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Located near Kruiningen and available to work onsite 5 days a week.
- Experience in logistics warehouse supervision or organic certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with SKAL or other organic compliance processes is highly valued.
