Responsibilities
- Lead and Manage Scheduling Team Operations Provide strategic and daily leadership for the centralized scheduling team across homecare hospice and pediatric services including staffing oversight training performance management and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Ensure Operational Excellence and Compliance Oversee and continuously improve scheduling processes to ensure timely initiation of care patient satisfaction and adherence to organizational policies regulatory requirements and quality standards across multiple service lines.
- Monitor Performance Metrics and Drive Results Develop track and manage productivity metrics and departmental budgets aligning with organizational goals and identifying opportunities for improvement to optimize efficiency and service delivery.
Qualifications
Education:
- Associate degree in a medical or business field or equivalent combination of education experience.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year related work leadership experience.
License(s)/Certification(s):
- Valid drivers license when driving any vehicle for workrelated reasons.
