$4000 sign on bonus

Starting wage of $35.04 per hour

$1.75 shift differential

What Youll Do:

Maintain and optimize mechanical systems: Troubleshoot repair and improve mechanical components on high speed can lines equipment to ensure consistent performance and minimize downtime.

Operate manufacturing machinery: Run and maintain can line equipment making necessary adjustments to keep operations running smoothly.

Ensure precision and accuracy: Use tools such as calipers micrometers and gauges to measure components within tight tolerances of .0010 to meet quality standards.

Monitor production flow: Track product quality and line efficiency identifying and resolving issues to prevent disruptions.

Solve technical issues: Diagnose mechanical and qualityrelated problems and apply handson solutions to improve equipment reliability and performance.

Contribute to continuous improvement: Offer ideas that enhance safety productivity quality and cost efficiency across your work area.
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
We need you to have:

High school diploma or GED.

One year or more experience in manufacturing mechanical diagnostics and repairs or similar experience.

Familiarity with precision measuring tools.

Willingness to operate and maintain Silgans can lines by performing and documenting quality checks.
