Job Description

FACILITY/GROUP SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Assemble and test ESP equipment
Review work orders and blueprints calipers and other measuring instruments records dimensions and other details on production logs
Basic math skills required
Operate overhead crane
Maintain Artificial Lift 6S program
Perform other duties as assigned
Maintain a strong safety culture
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience in the industry preferred but not required.
Good listening skills and a passion to learn.
High work ethic dependability and detailoriented.
Strong communication skills.
Must be a team player.
Must be open to crosstraining opportunities.
Flexible work hours
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or equivalent preferred
Background in industrial machinery assembly preferred
Must be able to read assembly blueprints in English format
Forklift and crane skills
Material handling experience
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Basic knowledge of lathe operation
Minimum of 18 years of age
