Job Description
Predicate Logic is looking for a motivated Contracts Management Analyst II to join our team in Charleston SC.

Predicate Logic also has offices in Chesapeake Virginia specializing in communications engineering training and Cybersecurity and in Charleston South Carolina supporting the Navy and Marine Corps programs through Naval Information Warfare Center Charleston.
SECURITY CLEARANCE:
- Applicant must hold an active Department of Defense (DoD) Secret personnel security clearance or be eligible to obtain one.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the Government to draft procurementrelated documents in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations and associated supplements and DOD 5000 series requirements.
- Coordinate Industry Days.
- Develop Requirements documents to include Market Research Reports Work Statements Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRL) Contract LineItem Numbers (CLIN) DD254s Acquisition Plans Source Selection Plans Justifications & Approvals and Determinations & Findings for activities approval by the Government.
- Provide administrative source selection support. Administer contracts to include preparation of Procurement Requests Modification Requests Technical Direction Letters/Technical Instructions and tracking obligations/expenditures and deliverables.
EXPERIENCE:
- Three (3) years of professional experience providing contract management support.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelors degree.
