Expected salary range of $144900 to $161000 varies based on experience along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
Responsible for daily supply function at a Nuclear site for Supply Operations. Assists Director of Nuclear Supply Operations in development and implementation of Supply Chain Strategies at the Nuclear site. Serve as single point of accountability for Supply at assigned Nuclear generating station. Drive improved Supply Chain Management efficiencies and increased standardization throughout assigned generating locations Work closely with Supply chain and business leadership to develop and implement effective strategic and operational initiatives that support the objectives of Cost Effective and Efficient operations within the Site and throughout Constellation Maintain oversight of the materials management warehousing logistics and fulfillment management work management interface via the Management Model Supports an environment that fosters a high performance culture and a learning organization. Participates in activities for promoting diversity both in the workplace and in the supplier base. Seeks feedback on performance and opportunities for continuous improvement.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Lead the execution of Supply and Procurement operations for nuclear. Serve as the single point of accountability for Supply Procurement and support operations. Manage customer relationships. Focus on maximum service within desired cost levels while supporting safety production standardization and reliability objectives.
Collaborate with GenCo Supply leadership to drive increased efficiency and effectiveness through increased standardization better work practices and improved coordination for Supply. Also colead the identification and implementation of Supply Chain Management opportunities and improvements that result in improved efficiencies in cost and service levels.
Support the implementation of Supply and Procurement standards guidelines and policy requirements across GenCo. Execute Supply Chain Management processes including procurement materials management warehousing logistics and fulfillment management. Also monitor business plans and Supply objectives process controls and performance metrics to manage operational costs inventory investment obsolescence reserves and investment recovery.
Provide leadership development and coaching to the Site Supply leadership team. Provide accurate and timely feedback and coaching regarding performance behaviors and developmental opportunities. Conduct performance planning and appraisal processes with direct reports and ensure effective execution of those processes throughout the organization.
Develop and maintain an environment that fosters a high performance culture and a learning organization. Lead the Site Supply team in promoting diversity both in the workplace and in our supplier base. Serve as a change agent for business initiatives and ensure timely recognition of employee contributions.
Additional Qualifications/ResponsibilitiesMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
BS in engineering Business Administration or related field with minimum 8 years professional experience including experience at supervisory / managerial level OR Associates degree with minimum 10 professional years experience with 5 at the supervisory level OR H.S. Diploma with minimum 12 years professional experience with 5 at the supervisory level
Support the Business Units Emergency Response activities as assigned.
Demonstrated knowledge of supply chain management including strategic procurement warehousing and logistics inventory management investment recovery etc.
Demonstrated business acumen customer awareness and focus ability to manage complex issues and ability to create value.
Demonstrated ability to effectively interface with senior management and build consensus establish trust communicate effectively and foster culture change
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
CPM accreditation is preferred
Advanced degree preferred.
