Server - Part Time - Luxury Senior Living Community

Thomas Cuisine is looking for multiple motivated Part Time Servers to join a luxury Senior Living community in Dallas TX.

Our clients provide an exceptional senior living experience with a focus on enriching the lives of their residents through personalized care and dining experiences. Positive atmosphere and amazing food are the priorities!

Your role and impact

As a Server you play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming dining experience for residents. Your attentiveness and friendly service ensure that every meal is enjoyable fostering a sense of comfort and community. By delivering excellent hospitality and ensuring smooth meal service you contribute to our mission of providing REAL food and genuine service.

What you will do

• Greet residents with a friendly attitude and provide attentive service.

• Serve meals or drinks efficiently and accurately while ensuring dietary needs are met.

• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area including setting and clearing tables.

• Engage with residents to create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience.

• Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations.

• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.

• Assist with special events themed meals and community dining activities.

• Perform other duties as assigned to support the dining team.

What you will need

• ServSafe Certification and State Food Handlers Card
• Successful candidates must meet eligibility criteria including the ability to undergo and successfully complete a criminal background check and drug screen in accordance with applicable State laws and regulations.
• High School Diploma/GED
• A positive attitude strong teamwork skills and a commitment to quality and excellence.
• Previous server or culinary experience
• Flexibility to work weekends holidays during the evening.
• Physical and Sensory Requirements
  Must sit stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours). Requires frequent use of hands for tasks like cooking preparing food patient care writing and computer entry. Must lift up to 25 lbs. and occasionally push carts (30 lbs.) or wheelchairs (up to 325 lbs.). Regularly bends stoops and reaches above shoulder level. Requires normal hearing and good overall vision.

Compensation: Hourly compensation of $16 per hour.

Schedule: AfternoonDinner shift starting at 3pm to 8:00pm. Our facility is open every day including holidays and weekends. Please let us know what days you are available to work.
