We are looking for a Office/Operations Manager for our Residential Cleaning Business who is:
A natural born leader; with prior management experience as you will manage a small team of employees.
THIS IS NOT YOUR TYPICAL MANAGEMENT OPPORTUNITY WE NEVER WORK NIGHTS WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS. This operation is based in NEWTON MA

Requirements:
Must be available Mon Fri 7:30AM 5PM
Have a valid drivers license and dependable transportation
Must be able to pass a nationwide criminal background check
Must also have a positive attitude and a desire to grow as an individual & with the company
This position is the key to our team as it will be your job to direct a small group of employees over see day to day operations. Manage daily schedules handle sales calls ( all incoming NEVER cold calling) We provide a full week of training to learn the ins and outs of our business. You would be the onsite contact for clients and employees. We are looking for a long term partner to help us grow direct our team manage the office. Above all else someone who will support and encourage our employees and help nourish our business!
You will be building a team from the ground up and you will be the glue that holds everything together. We are looking for someone who doesnt need to be micromanaged but can take direction. And has a sense of people that doesnt need to be explained.
