Are you ready to make an impact Were looking for aStrategic Finance Senior Associate/Specialist (FP&A)to join our team and take endtoend ownership of our financial planning processes. Youll work closely with the CFO and senior leadership playing a key role in enabling datadriven decisionmaking and shaping the financial strategy of the company. This is a highimpact role with visibility across the organization and significant growth potential.
What Youll Be Up To:
- Take full ownership of financial planning including budgeting forecasting andlongterm planning
- Act as a sparring partner to the CFO delivering financial insights that drive strategic decisions
- Develop and present financial reports and analyses for Managing Directors and other senior leaders
- Lead the preparation and coordination of investor/board reporting ensuring clarity consistency and precision
- Consolidate and manage actuals budget and forecast data into a cohesive and actionable financial view
- Collaborate crossfunctionally and contribute to the companys strategic planning process
What Youll Bring to the Team:
- At least three years of experience in FP&A controlling or strategic finance in a VC or PEbacked startup or scaleup company
- Experience at a VC or PE fund (e.g. internship during studies) is a plus
- Strong financial modeling skills and excellent command of Excel/Powerpoint
- Experience with budgeting forecasting and executive reporting
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and presenting to leadership
- Strong analytical thinking attention to detail and a structured approach to problemsolving
- Fluent in English (German is a plus)
- Proactive handson and ownershipdriven mindset
