Job Description
In the context of the energy transition and the liberalization of the energy market Haulogy successfully contributes to achieving the transformation objectives of its clients in the energy and utilities sector by offering modular and scalable management software and relevant commercial and IT services all within a longterm partnership approach.
As part of this effort Haulogy is expanding its portfolio of software solutions for the Energy market and is looking for a:
MEDIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER ODOO/PYTHON (M/F/X)
Responsibilities:
As a Odoo/Python Software Engineer:
- You will be a key member of our 12person Odoo team working within the broader 50person team developing our ERP product suite
- You will carry out technical analysis development and testing of your software components as well as drafting technical documents.
- You will provide solutions by offering ideas that will be debated in a collaborative team environment.
- You will develop your technological and business skills.
- You will work as part of a team on innovative projects within a listening and supportive environment where everyones ideas will be discussed.
Required Qualifications:
- Masters Degree / Engineer in computer science or equivalent;
- Minimum 5 years or more of relevant experience is preferred;
- Required knowledge of Python and SQL;
- Knowledge of design and development methodologies (UML Agile methods UX...) and environments/tools (configuration management deployments code quality testing);
- Good command of French and English;
- Highly autonomous rigorous and analytical.
- Knowledge of Odoo and its development environment is a plus.
- Knowledge of the energy sector is appreciated.
- Based in Belgium (!) with an average of 2 office days/w.
