Job Description Summary
As an Omnichannel Engagement Manager you ensure that customer experience plans campaigns and content strategies are executed across the appropriate channels as part of a highquality omnichannel engagement approach. You also contribute to decisionmaking regarding the right channel execution. As an expert in digital channels you are responsible for independently executing and implementing delivered content to various digital channels (e.g. email marketing paid/owned websites social media etc.).
The Omnichannel Channel Orchestration Expert is responsible for the implementation of digital activities in brand and medical engagement plans and plays a key role in the optimal use of digital assets and the strategic development and advancement of digital engagement.
Job Description
Your Responsibilities:
- Responsible for executing digital activities/customer touchpoints based on brand and medical engagement planning ensuring digital implementation of the respective tactical plans
- Managing agencies involved in the execution of digital content (both marketingspecific and medicalspecific)
- Responsible for conducting proactive digital analyses and interpreting the results to support datadriven decisionmaking
- Monitoring key performance indicators and providing insights into the performance of executed assets
- Contributing to channel execution decisions based on data best practices and digital expertise
- Utilizing all digital assets to ensure full compliance with Novartis guidelines including legal and compliance requirements
- Play an active role in the FF Orchestration upskilling of field teams
Your Qualifications:
- Completed university degree in business digital marketing media studies or equivalent. Alternatively computer science or life sciences with relevant professional experience
- Excellent command of English French and Dutch: all written and spoken
- At least 2 years of professional experience in pharmaceutical marketing Rx product management or digital media/digital marketing
- Experience in implementing digital solutions and managing digital projects within a matrix organization
- Knowledge of digital marketing (paid and owned channels) from planning through to analysis including review and execution
- Expertise in Google Analytics CMS platforms (e.g. Drupal Veeva ShamanGo) and relevant digital marketing tools
- Willingness to learn new technologies and implement digital marketing innovations
- Experience working in or with agencies is a plus
- Creativity combined with an analytical/datadriven mindset
- Strong communication skills
