Responsibilities:Attend a onehour orientation/training workshop THIS IS A MANDATORY INPERSON WORKSHOP THAT WILL EXPLAIN THE DETAILS OF HOW TO LOG YOUR HOURS IN ORDER TO GET with the Induction Program Coordinators (Lara Collins & Lauren Sweatman) as a strong start to the school instructional support by observing and conferencing with the beginning teacher model instructional strategies or facilitate opportunities for the beginning teacher to observe other effective a schedule for group mentoring with the support team. Report on a regular basis attendance and meeting notes (Complete a mentoring log aligning to the program requirements by early May 2025 date to be announced.)Provide advice on classroom management and how to handle various behavioral pedagogical strategies/methods in order to teach a diverse community of support in teaching and learning standards of the MA Curriculum professional support by aligning the induction program to building goals initiatives and with content facilitators or instructional coaches in order to facilitate opportunities for the beginning teacher to access curriculum resources systems data collection and lesson and sustain a confidential teachers in understanding the Massachusetts Teacher Evaluation system and how the administrator(s) conducts walkthroughs formative and summative of Mentors:Effective in the classroom as shown by receiving a rating of at least proficient on recent proven teachers whose practice reflect excellent content knowledge of the MA Curriculum communicators and problem solvers especially when working with about the professional and community resources in the school and at least three years of Salary:$750 1 New Teacher$1250 2 New Teachers$1500 3 New Teachers$1750 4 New TeachersThe maximum number is 4.
