- Ability to understand student needs and suggest appropriate courses demonstrating a studentfirst approach in all interactions.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Guide students in selecting appropriate programs explaining the features and benefits of Aakash Educational Services offerings.
- Facilitate the admission process by providing accurate information and assisting with applications to ensure thorough understanding and compliance.
- Monitor and follow up on leads through phone calls and emails converting potential interests into successful enrollments.
- Maintain and update prospect databases to accurately reflect student interactions and outcomes supporting datadriven decision making.
- Collaborate with academic staff to align counseling strategies with current educational trends and program offerings.
- Conduct informational sessions and workshops to educate students and parents about available educational opportunities and career paths.
- Develop and maintain relationships with students parents and educational institutions to foster beneficial partnerships and networks.
- Participate in training sessions and development opportunities to stay abreast of industry trends and continuously improve counseling skills.
