The Senior Administrative Assistant is a clutch role in our team who ensures the administrative business operations of our function are smooth running by supporting the Global Officer Talent Acquisition Associate Development and their direct leaders. While there are traditional duties like light scheduling communication and meeting/event planning the role also has an emphasis on project support including light project management financial/business management (accounts payable contract management) and data position also serves as a communication engagement hub ensuring information flows smoothly within our department and its leaders globally and that our collective team is motivated committed and ultimately connected in the work we do such that they can thrive personally and professionally as a part of the team.
This role requires a highly proactive selfstarter who is adept at problemsolving and developing alternative solutions for challenges they are tackling. They exercise solid professional judgement and discretion as they are involved in decision making that can have a measurable impact on our department ranging from interpreting internal policies and procedures to serving as a resource to others including on confidential and sensitive matters.

The hourly pay range for this position is $26.63 to $44.95.
