Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering required Industrial Engineering preferred
Years of Experience: 2 or more years of experience required
Software Knowledge: Statistical analysis tools (Excel MiniTab etc.) Microsoft Office Suite
CAD (NX or SolidWorks)/SAP/MES Team Center and Power BI experience preferred

Specialized Vehicles markets products under several different brands. Its vehicles are found in environments ranging from golf
courses to factories airports to planned communities and theme parks to hunting preserves.
Responsibilities:
Analyze manufacturing systems/processes and present data outcomes to drive databased decision making.
Complete project management efforts to include reporting to senior leaders on assignment progress challenges ROI
and next steps.
Utilize software environments as applicable for data analytics such as performance stability confidence interval
determination outcome prediction sample size determination and simulation.
Gather data manually or via implementation of a measuring system such as time studies data mining from systems
or through SAP.
Use lean principles such as waste identification and elimination theory of constraints and 1piece flow to evaluate
opportunities for improvement.
Develop assigned projects to meet strategic business objectives by including developing KPIs measurement system
needs resource requirements and expected outcomes.
Implement business strategic initiatives in a sustainable manner by working with cross functional teams and
communicating with key stakeholders.
Evaluate physical workstations and layouts for ergonomic improvements waste repeatability visual management
and operator satisfaction.
Implement recommended material storage and presentation methods to the assembly line
