We currently have an opportunity for an Employee Benefits Strategist to join the team.
The Employee Benefits Strategist is responsible for consistently delivering an experience that is deliberately designed to make our clients more successful in their strategy more knowledgeable of/in their people and more comfortable with the decisions they have available. You will be responsible for augmenting our production force in sharing our HUB Value Proposition to deliver quality employee experiences for our prospects and future customers. You will play the role of Storyteller and will be the part of the team that helps our clients connect the dots in strategic meetings using our proprietary software platform and your experience to clarify a clients current position and preview what is ahead.
Reporting to the HUB MidAtlantics Employee Benefits President this position is best filled by a passionate employee benefits expert with a flair for communication. You will be the bridge between heady technical information and the what can I do next execution steps for a client. You will translate data into insights and insights into action. You will help simplify strategies into actionable steps and connect in our industry and specialty practices where appropriate. You will be the proxy for the experts and practices that are with other clients.
This role is highly visible within the Employee Benefits operation. In partnership with the EB Sales Leader and EB Practice Leader you will help HUB MidAtlantic drive organic growth and retention respectively. You will collaborate with the Chief Sales Officer and the heads of our Specialty Practices to hone our message and increase our client value.
