Role:Senior Educator
Location:Gladstone QLD 4680 home of the Bailai Gurang Gooreng Gooreng and Taribelang Bunda Peoples
Centre: Goodstart Gladstone Toolooa Street
Employment Type: Full Time 38 hours per week

As a Senior Educator at Goodstart youll take charge of your own room leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. Youll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe inform and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.

Our 108place centre conveniently located near shops and public transport features a dedicated team working together to create a safe friendly and familyoriented learning environment for children. Youll need:
- Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
