Challenges Youll Solve
EvenUp is looking for a Senior Manager Digital Marketing to manage our paid media strategy and outbound demand generation channels (gifting webinars email marketing). Youll be responsible for creating compelling campaigns that generate qualified pipeline for our sales team. The right candidate for the role is a datadriven growth marketer with expertise in multiple demand generation channels. Youll collaborate crossfunctionally with teams across marketing sales product and operations to continuously analyze refine and scale our paid media programs to deliver measurable business outcomes.
What youll do
Own and optimize the fullfunnel demand strategy across inbound outbound and ABM to generate and accelerate pipeline.
Support endtoend campaign creation execution delivery and measurement of all demand generation campaigns.
Execute and continuously improve integrated campaigns across paid media webinars email events and ABM (1:Many 1:Few and 1:1).
Own and operate paid media across platforms (e.g. Google LinkedIn YouTube Meta Reddit etc.) ensuring campaigns are welltargeted paced to budget and performancedriven.
Design and implement nurture programs that guide prospects through the buyer journey and increase conversion.
Collaborate closely with Sales SDRs Product Marketing and Marketing Ops to align on messaging targeting attribution and lead flow. Maintain healthy ad accounts and ensure data integrity hygiene and best practices across tools and platforms.
Track analyze and report on campaign performance pipeline influence lead quality and conversion ratesusing insights to optimize programs.
Stay ahead of industry trends and identify new technologies and platforms that improve campaign efficiency and impact.
What we look for
810 years working in growth marketing with an emphasis on digital advertising or other demand generation channels
5 years in managing Paid Advertising/Digital Marketing programs preferred (experience in marketing B2B SaaS products a strong plus)
Experience managing and mentoring a growing demand generation team by fostering a culture of creativity experimentation and accountability.
Expertise in leveraging analytics to drive campaign performance and optimization.
Project management experience ensuring campaigns are flawlessly delivered on time and on budget.
Demonstrated success in generating a high volume of qualified opportunities and driving strong alignment with sales.
