AlphaBEST: Summer Camp is where adventure begins!
Summer Camp Parttime Group Leader Bryan TX
At AlphaBEST our campers are filled with curiosity and wonder! As their Group Leader youll guide them through fun learning activities with plenty of support and training.
Camp operating hours are: 7:00 AM 6:30 PM.
We offer three shifts. After being paid to have fun creating lifetime memories with amazing campers; you have time left in your day outside of work to let the adventure continue with our flexible schedules.
7:00 AM 11:00 AM
11:00 AM 2:30 PM
2:30 PM 6:30 PM
(No weekends! Parttime)
Location: Bryan ISD
Pay & Benefits:
- $15 hourly rate

As an AlphaBEST Guide youll be trained and have the chance to do the following:
- Plan and facilitate core programming to advance the physical social emotional and intellectual development of children.
- Work collaboratively with peers to share programrelated information and complete adventurous tasks that ignite a childs sense of wonder.
- Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by building on the students interests and talents.
- Provide a caring familyoriented environment where positive staff child and parent relationships are fostered.
Heres what youll need:
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs.
- Must be able to successfully complete a background check as required by state childcare licensing regulations.
