Veterinary Client Service Representative Lead

Pet Emergency and Specialty East County is looking for an Experienced LeadVeterinary Client Service Representative to join our team as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community.

As a Client Service Representative Lead in Emergency and Critical Care you play an integral role within the hospital. This role is responsible for a variety of tasks related to customer service and patient care within the hospital. As an ambassador to our clients your focus is to ensure that our clients needs are met in a timely manner while demonstrating a sincere compassion for our clients and patients. You are the bridge between the client and the medical staff and are responsible for maintaining a smooth and efficient workflow between the front office and the technical staff. You will be performing public relations and clerical responsibilities and must be detailoriented and work well under pressure.
Experience & Skills Requirements:
- Leadership experience highly preferred
In addition to the essential CSR duties the Lead CSR will be responsible for:
- Maintaining a professional attitude
- Assigning daily duties to the CSR team to ensure all tasks are completed
- Delegating tasks and projects as needed
- Providing training and constructive feedback for CSR team
- Assisting with staff scheduling
- Helping to implement procedures concerned with client communication and finances
- Triaging patient and client needs to appropriate staff
- Hearing client concerns feedback and questions and addressing in a professional manner
- Processing end of day cash calculation
- Other duties as assigned by the leadership team

Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with a hourly pay rate starting at$22$27/hour. The actual rate offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills qualifications experience and location.
