MISSION Drive the Human Resources strategy at the regional level acting as a strategic business partner. This role specifically covers HR store support for Andaluca and Canarias. Ensure effective talent management foster a positive organizational culture and ensure compliance with policies and labor regulations thereby contributing to the achievement of business objectives.
Responsabilities:
- Organizational Diagnosis: Assess and enhance regional performance.
- HR Processes: Implement and manage HR processes from inception to completion.
- Advisory Role: Provide continuous guidance to leaders and employees on HRrelated matters.
- Excellence Initiatives: Promote initiatives in organizational culture talent management workforce planning role modeling and competency development.
- Communication: Facilitate effective communication across all organizational levels.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to local policies and labor regulations.
- KPI Monitoring: Track key performance indicators such as turnover and absenteeism rates and policy implementation levels.
- Regional Focus: Oversee HR activities specifically for the regions of Andaluca and Canarias.
Requirements:
- University degree
- Minimum experience of 3 to 4 years in a similar position or as a Zone Coordinator
