Our clinicians provide compassionate highquality psychological services to residents in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities improving lives every single day.
We are currently seeking FloridaLicensed Psychologists (Ph.D. Psy.D. Ed.D.) and FloridaLicensed MastersLevel Clinicians (LCSW LMHC LMFT). Candidates nearing licensure are also encouraged to apply. Youll join a team of professionals who are dedicated to personcentered care clinical excellence and ethical practicewithout the burden of corporate production metrics.
What We Offer We provide flexible scheduling and autonomy allowing you to design your schedule based on your availability and preferences. You can choose the communities you wish to serve and set your own workload. Compensation includes competitive pay with mileage reimbursement opportunities as well as paid training and ongoing support from our clinical and administrative teams.
Our comprehensive support system allows you to focus on your clients. Our inhouse administrative team handles billing insurance credentialing referrals scheduling and moreno outsourcing. Clinical training is provided through online modules and oneonone virtual meetings with clinical specialists to ensure best practices for work in longterm care settings. You provide the carewe handle the logistics.
We offer robust onboarding and ongoing support including oneonone virtual training in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. Youll also have ongoing access to experienced clinicians for support and guidance.

Qualifications For Psychologists:
- Doctoral degree in Psychology (Ph.D. Psy.D. or Ed.D.)
- Active license to practice in the State of Florida (or near licensure)
For MastersLevel Clinicians:
- Licensed in Florida as an LCSW LMHC or LMFT (or near licensure)
