The Role

Prime Services client base and product offerings continue to expand. We are looking for a Vice President of Product Management to lead a development squad on the journey to create the next generation platform to support professional traders hedge funds and family offices. This role will sets the overall purpose and vision for the works of the squad and serves as the endtoend gatekeeper of mission strategy product life cycle and value creation of the squad with a high level of complexity. This role will collaborate with Product Area Leaders to ensure alignment on the overall strategy.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • 10 years of technical and functional experience in agile product management technology and/or business with high level analytical and coaching skills.
  • Experience managing products through full lifecycle from ideation and inception to implementation and delivery/release
  • Highly organized and selfdirected with a strong ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Extensive background with execution management systems for professional traders hedge funds family offices or other institutions
  • Series 7 & 63 required within 6 months of hire
  • Experience in analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of a full product line compared to the competition
  • Experience in creating and lading the design and development of new and complex products and services in collaboration with technology and other business partners.
  • Data analysis skills
  • Selfmotivated with a strong sense of ownership and follow through
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to approach problems in a consultative manner while balancing internal best practices and standards
  • Project management skills

The Team

The Prime Product group works to develop solutions for our institutional client base by collaborating with our account managers sales group and technology groups. We manage strategic initiatives and support daily support in delivering value and positive outcomes to our clients and business partners

The base salary range for this position is $120000 $200000 per year.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope geographic location candidates relevant experience and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
